As the Preferred Shares are fully remarketable after the long lease termination, they represent an interesting investment and opportunity, suitable to earn value over time, as long as the Marina will approach its full occupancy.

Even berthing contracts are openly remarketable, therefore constituting themselves an attractive form of investment, not far from other examples such as car parks and so on.

Preferred Shares will guarantee automatic membership to the "J Club Marina dei Cesari", the exclusive members club that is scheduled to be completed during the summer.

At Venice Boat Show Marina dei Cesari will also present the new special conditions, valid until the end of May, which will enable customers to rent 8 to 40 meters berth (long lease contracts, until 30 years), combining the purchase of Preference shares of the Managing Company of the Marina.

The planned dates are April 23, 24, and 25^th  and April 30^th, May 1st and 2^nd

This year, the Marina dei Cesari, which has always hosted the exhibition, will be offering a larger and completely renovated expo location to make your visit even more welcoming.

The array of boats on display, stands with nautical products and services, the layout of the landings, test trials, prestigious furnishings, the elegance of "J" Lounge and Restaurant and the VIP area, are just some of the quality features that the Fano Yacht Festival will have to offer its visitors and exhibitors.

The double week-end formula (with the expo closed during the week) not only allows to limit the risk of bad weather conditions, but above all, gives the exhibitors the possibility to receive a higher number of contacts and to secure important business agreements. The new initiative has been highly approved by the most important international shipbuilding names who have already confirmed their participation in 2010.

Also confirmed is the important and  strategic participation of  Marche Fiere, who, in collaboration with Fano Yacht Festival, will host the third edition of Boatech (Adriatic Expo for Marine Industry), an expo dedicated to subcontractors of naval shipyards and expert technicians.  A key gathering introducing high-quality technological products where qualified and skilled operators will be able to discover the latest of what's new in the shipbuilding sector.
